In summer 2015, my family and I took a trip to Key West, and we visited the Butterfly and Nature Conservatory. The butterflies, birds, and flowers that I saw there have inspired many of my artworks throughout the years.

A photo that I took of a monarch butterfly at the Harry P. Leu Gardens in Orlando, Florida, inspired this series titled Posterized Butterfly.
